TVA 1400 - TVA 2200
The Automatic Vertical Foam Cutting Machine was designed for the vertical cutting of rigid and flexible polyurethane blocks. It is supplied in two versions based on the cutting dimensions.
The automation of the machine is controlled by the control panel Touchscreen 10”.
Using the programmer it's possible to set the travel distance of the machine, a useful function should it be necessary to perform work on small blocks. Cutting takes place both directions of travel and its speed is adjustable using the potentiometer (located on the control console) as a function of material to be cut. Its progressive start and gradual deceleration ensure a very high cutting quality. Perfect blade sharpening is guaranteed thanks to a pair of motorized grinding wheels located in full view within the cutter shaft.
The blade guide is motorized and allows for a rapid positioning adjacent to the highest part of the material to be cut. Automatic stopping when the machining is complete allows the operator to abandon the machine once it has started.

Ethercat Tecnology
EtherCAT technology is a protocol developed specifically for industry. It uses the Ethernet network, widely used for computer networks, to exchange data between electronic devices installed on board machines. This ensures high data processing speeds and makes the system highly reliable.

The TVA is equipped with software developed directly in-house. This ensures excellent industrial process efficiency and top-quality electromechanical integration.
